Took note of the job and said he would contact the tenant and arrange the visit, he did this straight after the call and was clear on pricing and the detail of the job. Turned up when he said he would and didn’t need chasing or following up on which is worth so much these days. Sent me photos of the issue before and after as well. Highly recommend Stephen for your plumbing/gas works. 5*”

“Been using Steve for 3 years since we moved to our current house. He has done all our Central Heating and plumbing jobs since then and has offered an excellent service without charging the earth. Has installed Nest heating control, does our yearly boiler servicing and any plumbing work we require without a fuss. Great service all round. Better and cheaper than yearly servicing contracts from larger national companies who are not reliable and keep hiking their prices year on year even if you don’t call them out.”
